You don’t have a right to bear arms (and, if you argue, we’ll take your children away)

If there are any Americans who don’t think that the Establishment is setting them up to take their guns, using piece-by-piece tactics, then they haven’t been paying attention.

In the latest episode of “We’re going to take your guns rights away from you”, an American war veteran, Alex Booth, was informed on by an ex-friend over some posts Alex made on social media, which led to the police visiting his workplace and raiding his home (if this tale of police informants and police seizure of private property sounds a lot like Soviet-era East Germany to you, then you’re nor far wrong).

As Taylor Day, on the American Thinker site, reported:

“On Friday, police showed up to a young man’s workplace and tried to arrest him over social media posts reported to them by an old army buddy of the 28-year-old Afghanistan veteran. This man, known as Alex and popular on Instagram under the handle of WhiskeyWarrior556, slipped out of the back door, hurried home to check on his family where he found out police had already forced themselves into his home and confiscated his legal firearms after threatening his wife with calling child protective services to remove her newborn child. Alex then barricaded himself inside his own attic, unarmed. Law enforcement officers followed him, blocked off the road to all traffic and a seven-hour standoff began.

… Alex told one friend that the man who called in the red flag law, lied to police by telling them that Alex suffered from PTSD. Putnam County Sheriffs reiterated this, claiming that this was a mental health issue, although offered no evidence of such an allegation.

WhiskeyWarrior556 finally gave in when police threatened once again to take his infant daughter from his and his wife’s custody and according to police, he was peacefully detained. Though charged with owning the “high capacity magazine,” no charges have been filed as a result of the standoff.

What transpired on Saturday was exactly what advocates of red flag laws have asked for. A militarized police force, ignoring due process completely, confiscated the property and the civil rights of a U.S. citizen because of nothing more than the opinion of an associate.

If the current legal landscape allows for citizens to have their Second Amendment rights stripped from them without any legal opportunity to dissent, what are the next rights to be taken? After all, our rights to speech or religion, or even due process itself, have no obligation to be respected by the government without the right to bear arms.

Every gun law, including the ones you agree with, is an infringement on our constitutional rights.”

Alex was quite rightly extremely angry that the police had invaded his home, seized his property, and threatened to steal his child (bearing in mind that many of the children seized by Child Protective Services in the USA end up being abused and raped after being taken from their homes). Threatening to take away people’s children is a standard police tactic in America (and one which they are more than willing to carry out).

It is quite typical of the police to portray anyone who resists their tyranny as having “mental issues”. It’s an easy throw-away accusation, since they will never suffer any dire consequences for doing so (the legal system is designed to protect the police when they make such defamatory claims).

The police are willing tools in the drive to strip Americans of their God-given liberties and of their Constitutional right to bear arms. Under the rule of Neo-Liberals, the rights of Americans are being slowly eroded. Whilst having Donald Trump as President is far better than having Hillary Clinton, he is not the “be all and end all” of American governance — there are plenty of Neo-Liberal state, county, and city governments who are more than happy to remove the rights of Americans (not to mention the masses of Neo-Liberals who are still infesting many, if not all, federal government bureaucracies).

In a police state, the police are not interested in truth and justice. They will arrest you, bash you, or even shoot you, if they feel like it, in their drive to carry out the orders of your anti-American political masters, and then they’ll tell you, Nuremburg-style, that they were “just following orders”. There are lots of itchy trigger fingers on police weapons, and if they shoot you in a raid, then all they have to say is that they felt like their life was threatened and they won’t be hurried off to jail (even if they shoot someone when raiding the wrong home, and such raids have happened far too often in recent years).

The police are not your friends and the state is not there to protect your rights — in this topsy-turvy world, they are the enemies of the people; because, whenever your patriotic rights fall foul of the new world order that they have designed for you, then you will be on the receiving end of a visit from the Neo-Liberal Gestapo.

Those who have no idea about what’s going on may view this message as “alarmist” or “extremist” (or, best of all, “conspiratorial”); that’s because naive people don’t realise the ongoing threat to our liberties in the Western world (nor do they particularly care enough to take the time and trouble to find out about it).

The West needs people who are willing to stand up and defend their rights. Having a free society is useless if people are just going to stand on the sidelines when injustices occur, thinking that there’s no need for them to do anything (i.e. acquiescing in the state’s removal of everyone’s rights), as the only way the state can destroy our liberties is if the bulk of the population are too lazy or too complacent to do anything about it — if you’re not part of the solution, then you’re part of the problem.

Alex Booth’s troubles may seem like they’re nothing to do with you; but, in fact, the injustice meted out to him is just a foretaste of what is to come. In the Neo-Liberal police state, injustice can happen to you too; indeed, it can happen to anyone.

When the police come for us, then we are all Alex Booth.

Note: For those willing to render Alex some assistance, a GoFundMe page has been created to fund his legal battle.
