Out of 9 Supreme Court judges, 5 of them voted to legalise homosexual marriages.
If it was such a compelling legal argument involved, the decision would be 9-0 or 8-1; this matter was decided on a majority of one. One person who decided it was up to him/her to undermine traditional marriage, because that is what his ideology dictated, not because it was the law.
Those five Supreme Court judges are actually judicial activists who put their personal agendas before the proper operation of the law.
Not very impressive at all.
